Gamer Pack Service is provided by us, Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited, subject to the "Gamer Pack Terms and Conditions". Gamer Pack Service is available only to designated NETVIGATOR 1000M or above Fiber-to-the-Home broadband customers. The low latency guarantee applies to multiple overseas game servers. Service monitoring covers games including PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, Fortnite, League of Legends, Overwatch, Heroes of the Storm, Diablo 3, World of Warcraft and Starcraft II. The money-back guarantee set out in the "Gamer Pack Terms and Conditions" will be only applicable if you can provide to us documentary proof as set out in the Gamer Pack Website to our satisfaction (details are available at https://gamer.netvigator.com/gamertnc.pdf, under Clause 5(c)).

With regard to "CGA eSports Stadium 'eSports Arena' Playing Hours – 50 hours": Successful subscription to designated Gamer Pack Service with not less than 24/30-month commitment period will entitle you to one (1) "CGA eSports Stadium 'eSports Arena' Playing Hours – 50 hours" promotion code. We will send the relevant promotion code to your registered mobile number by SMS within around 4 to 6 weeks after completion of installation of the Gamer Pack Service. Customer should redeem such gift within the redemption period in accordance with the instructions stated in the SMS. If there is any dispute concerning the Playing Hours or any services and facilities provided by CGA eSports Stadium, the decision of CGA eSports Stadium shall be final. We will not be responsible in any way for any obligation or liability in connection with any change, termination, accidents and / or other circumstances incurred in relation to any services and/or facilities (including but not limited to game hours) provided by CGA eSports Stadium.

With regard to Logitech gaming gear selected by customers: Successful subscription to designated Gamer Pack service with not less than 24/30-month commitment period will entitle you to one piece of the Logitech e-Sports gear (Logitech PRO Mechanical Gaming Keyboard or Logitech G903 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse or Logitech G633 Artemis Spectrum RGB 7.1 Surround Gaming Headset, one of three options). All eligible customers will receive an SMS message within around 4-6 weeks for picking up the goods after the Gamer Pack service is activated. Each customer will receive an SMS message once only. The product specifications are provided by the manufacturer. We will not be responsible in any way for any obligation or liability in connection with your or any person's use of any Logitech gaming gear. If you have any enquiries about the products, please contact the manufacturer. Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited reserves all rights and its decisions are final in the event of dispute.

With regard to PlayStationTMNetwork HK$500 prepaid card / MyCard 2,000 points selected by customers: Successful subscription to designated Gamer Pack Service under this offer will entitle you to one (1) PlayStationTMNetwork prepaid card HK$500 code OR one (1) MyCard 2000 point code. We will send the relevant redemption code to your registered mobile number by SMS within around 1 to 2 weeks after commencement of the commitment period of the Gamer Pack Service. Customer should redeem such gift within the redemption period in accordance with the instructions stated in the SMS. PlayStationTMNetwork prepaid card and MyCard points are provided by the relevant merchant(s). We will not be responsible in any way for any obligation or liability in connection with your or any person's use of any PlayStationTMNetwork prepaid card and MyCard points.

Bandwidth specification refers to network specifications of the services subscribed to for the broadband line connected from the modem at your premises to the first piece of NETVIGATOR network equipment or central office. For 2x1000M Multi-Use Broadband Service, bandwidth specification corresponds to a maximum downstream bandwidth of 2Gbps and maximum upstream bandwidth of 1Gbps (by two (2) passive optical network modem ports of up to 1Gbps each). 4x1000M Multi-Use Broadband Service corresponds to a maximum downstream bandwidth of 4Gbps and maximum upstream bandwidth of 2Gbps (by four (4) passive optical network modem ports of up to 1Gbps each). Actual speed experienced will be less than the network specifications and will be affected by your device, technology, network and software used, network configuration and coverage, usage levels, international bandwidth and extraneous factors. VLAN (Virtual Local Area Network) technology for 2x1000M Multi-Use Plan is disabled by default, unless Customer has requested NETVIGATOR to enable this technology. VLAN technology for 4x1000M Multi-Use Plan is enabled by default, unless Customer has requested NETVIGATOR to disable this technology. NETVIGATOR Broadband Services are is provided by us and available only in designated residential areas, subject to relevant terms and conditions.
